Source hosts small, invite-only evenings for AI researchers, engineers and founders from ETH, Zürich’s labs and its startups. Funds and companies sponsor an evening and join as guests. If you don’t have a team here yet, it’s the quickest way into the room.

Small evenings with no stage, no talks and no pitch decks.

A lot of Europe’s best AI talent and dealflow is in Zürich, and most of it never shows up at conferences or on job boards. Every guest at Source is personally invited: ML PhDs and postdocs, researchers and engineers at labs and startups, founders, and a few exceptional students.

What we don’t do

No attendee lists or guest profiles.
No booths, slides or sales pitches.
Guests meet you in person and swap contacts if they want to. That is why the best people keep coming.
